2009 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results


Simplified Technology Solutions, Inc (STS) has completed the 2009 customer satisfaction survey.

It is hard to believe that a whole year has gone by since the 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey, and that this is our third year doing this (and publishing the results for all to see). As is the standard each year STS clients are asked to rate various aspects of the services STS provides. As always all at STS thank the customers who took the time to fill in the survey. As usual we have not taken any "bad" results out (everything is in there) and the only questions that are not shown here are to protect the privacy of the customers

100% (up from 92% in '08) of the respondents said they were Highly Satisfied with their overall level of satisfaction with STS. A combined 80% responded that STS provides a Higher level of service, in comparison to other companies offering the same service.

"Given the current economy, I am very please to see these results hold steady from year to year", said Darren Duke, Technical Lead at STS. "It is very easy to let quality of work slip in times like these, but we work hard to keep these levels high", continued Duke. "I am especially pleased that the 'consultant knowledgeability' level is extremely high and has remained so over the years. I really believe this is what helps set us apart from any and all competition".

No responses were discounted from the survey. All answers were fully counted even if they were negative.
