UPDATE 01/25/2008: Looks like 4.1.5 is the big update, including HTML email, MS Office (Word and PowerPoint only) editing, downloading of attachments, search of mail not on the device. See the BlackBerry web site for more information.

BES 4.1.5 (or 4.5 for the device), and hence full Domino R8 functionality (but not 8.0.1), should be released sometime in Q1 2008.
