Software Requirements

Rapid-Ask by STS requires several software components to operate. The following are included in with the purchase of a license:

• Rapid-Ask by STS
• MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services
• .NET Framework 2.0

In addition the following is required:

• BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 or higher with MDS Services installed, or BlackBerry Server for MDS Applications
• Microsoft 2003 Server (this can be the server BES is installed on)
• BlackBerry devices with device OS 4.1 or higher
